Position Overview

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions in our R&D Technology Transfer (MS&T) department at our Ahmedabad plant:

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.
• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in R&D Technology Transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Master BMR and BPR Preparation: Responsible for the preparation of Master Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and document management.
• Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Regulatory Affairs (RA), Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering for the execution of scale-up and exhibit batches.
• GMP Documentation: Review GMP-related documents to select equipment at the facility.
• Change Controls: Facilitate and initiate Change Controls due to revisions in BMR/BPRs and other product development-related changes.
• Critical Parameter Study: Analyze critical parameters during scale-up batches to optimize Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
• Batch Size and Process Feasibility: Provide input related to batch size, process feasibility, and process parameters to formulation scientists.
• Batch Execution: Monitor and ensure readiness for the execution of scale-up/feasibility batches and exhibit batches concerning Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and miscellaneous items.
• Active Involvement: Participate actively in scale-up and exhibit batches.

Preferred Skills

• Infusion Bag Manufacturing Exposure: Candidates with experience in Infusion Bag (Terminal Sterilization & Aseptic) manufacturing will have an added advantage.
