Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Business Development (AGM to VP) – Ahmedabad, India
Business Development Manager & Country Manager – Respective Countries
Key Responsibilities
- Top & Bottom-Line Growth: Drive profitability and growth in the assigned area or country.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing business.
- Performance Benchmarking: Review performance metrics and implement corrective measures.
- Trade & Tender Business Development: Manage and coordinate trade and tender business development.
- Field Force Management: Oversee and coordinate with the field force, company, and business partners.
- Positive Company Image: Promote a positive image of the company through interactions with the medical fraternity, pharmacists, and procurement personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualifications: BSc, MSc, B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy. A management graduate from a reputed institution is preferred.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in reputed pharmaceutical companies, including a minimum of 3 years as a successful first-line or second-line manager.
- Age Group: 32-38 years
