Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Team Member – API Production (Oncology)

As a Team Member in the API Production department, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Execution and review of manufacturing processes for oncology products as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR).
• Handling and operating isolators, reactors, and other critical equipment in the production block.
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Accurate documentation of processes, logbooks, and supporting quality compliance.
• Participation in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Management activities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and regulatory standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the walk-in:

• Education Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry), M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering – Minimum 60% in academics is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in API Production, preferably in oncology manufacturing.
• Skills Required:
