Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Medical Representative (Field Officer), you will act as the company’s brand ambassador in the field, driving prescription-based product promotion and ensuring strong engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote gastroenterology and related therapies to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Provide product knowledge and therapeutic insights to HCPs.
• Regular reporting of field activities, competitor updates, and territory performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Cadila is looking for driven candidates who are eager to build a successful pharma sales career:

• Education: BSc, BPharma, DPharma, MPharma, MSc (candidates with relevant degrees in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemistry are encouraged).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in pharma sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and passion to grow in sales may also apply.
