Job Role & Responsibilities

Exemed Pharmaceuticals is hiring for multiple roles across departments. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in their respective functions.

1. Engineering Department

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.E (Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery and utilities.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, water systems, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Support production teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP and EHS standards during maintenance activities.

2. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / Post Graduate in Fire and Safety
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and compliance programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and fire safety regulations.
• Train staff in safety awareness and emergency response protocols.

3. Quality Control (QC)

Position: Officer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Preferred Background: Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industry
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing and quality checks for raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain documentation in line with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments effectively.
• Support internal and external audits with complete data integrity.

4. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Preferred Background: Pharma API Company Experience
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform method development and validation for API and intermediates.
• Work with advanced analytical techniques including HPLC.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GLP standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and QC teams to support analytical projects.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Fire & Safety).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a reputed Pharma or API manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E Mechanical, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech Electrical, Post Graduate Diploma in Fire & Safety.
