Job Role & Responsibilities

VirchoW Biotech is hiring Trainee Executives and Operators to support operations in various departments. Candidates will rotate across functions to gain comprehensive industry exposure.

Open Positions: 40

Departments & Key Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing (Injectables)

• Assist in the preparation and processing of injectable formulations

• Operate equipment under supervision and maintain production logs

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines

• Support line clearance and batch documentation

2. Packing

• Manage packing operations for finished products

• Ensure proper labeling, packing material usage, and compliance with GMP

• Conduct routine checks for product quality during packing

3. Engineering

• Support maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues in production lines

• Assist senior engineers in process optimization

4. Quality Control (QC)

• Perform sample testing and data recording under supervision

• Maintain laboratory instruments and documentation

• Assist in adherence to GLP and QC protocols

5. Microbiology

• Support routine microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products

• Maintain culture media, lab records, and sterilization processes

• Follow biosafety and quality standards strictly

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in skill development and training sessions

• Maintain workplace hygiene and safety standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
