Job Role & Responsibilities
Position 1: QC Officer – Wet Lab Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct wet chemical analysis using validated methods in compliance with GMP.
- Ensure accuracy in all test data and maintain comprehensive analytical records.
- Support OOS (Out of Specification) and deviation investigations.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety and documentation practices.
Position 2: QC Officer – Instrumentation (HPLC, UV, GC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and calibrate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and GC.
- Develop, validate, and execute analytical methods as per SOPs.
- Review chromatographic data and ensure compliance with audit and QA requirements.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and ensure smooth operation of laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate with the QA team to support product release and regulatory audits.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical analytical chemistry
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP compliance
- Ability to handle regulatory documentation and audit queries effectively
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic / General Chemistry)
- Experience: 1-3 years (Wet Lab) | 2-6 years (Instrumentation)
- Gender: Male candidates only (as per shift requirements)
- Industry: Pharmaceutical or API manufacturing background mandatory
Preferred Courses: M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, B.Sc Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Analysis
