Job Role & Responsibilities
As a QA Officer/Sr. Executive (IPQA) at Gracure, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Monitoring line clearance and cleaning validation activities.
- Conducting sampling of dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, and syrups.
- Supporting QMS (Quality Management System) processes including deviations, CAPA, and documentation.
- Calibration of equipment and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborating with production, QC, and QA teams to maintain product quality.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in QA (IPQA, QMS, dosage form sampling, and validation).
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IPQA operations and QMS systems.
- Experience in dosage forms: tablet, capsule, liquid, ointment, syrup.
- Hands-on exposure to cleaning validation and equipment calibration.
- Familiarity with USFDA, EU GMP, and WHO guidelines preferred.
Relevant Courses Include: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Industrial Pharmacy).
