Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings: 15 positions across R&D

Synthesis R&D (10 positions)

• Multi-step organic synthesis (gram to multi-gram scale)
• Purification techniques: column chromatography, RP/NP, flash purification, recrystallization, preparative TLC
• Use of software: ChemDraw, MS Word, MS Excel, Scifinder, Reaxys

Peptide Synthesis (5 positions)

• Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry for peptides
• Experience in solution & solid-phase synthesis (mg to kg scale)
• Handling and preparing dry organic solvents
• Advanced purification methods: column chromatography, recrystallization, preparative TLC
• Familiarity with research software tools: ChemDraw, Excel, MS Word

Eligibility / Qualifications

• MSc in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
• 1 to 5 years of relevant R&D experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, data recording, and good laboratory practices (GLP)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
