Job Role & Responsibilities

Hetero is hiring for multiple functions within its injectable formulation division:

Production (Injectables)

• Operate and manage Autoclaves, Compounding units, Vial Washing, Filling Lines, and Lyophilizers.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with QMS requirements.
• Follow GMP, aseptic practices, and batch production records.
• Contribute to sterile formulation manufacturing with accuracy and safety.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Quality Control – Microbiology

• Perform Environmental Monitoring (EM), Water Testing, MLT, and Sterility testing.
• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP standards.
• Maintain documentation as per regulatory norms.

Experience: 1–5 Years

Engineering

• Handle process maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of sterile equipment.
• Work on mechanical and instrumentation systems within sterile facilities.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Experience: 3–8 Years

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm.
• Experience: 1–8 years depending on the department.
• Designations: Operator, Jr. Officer, Officer, Engineer, Jr. Executive, Executive.

Relevant Courses Include: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Technology), M.Sc (Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry), B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical), ITI (Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation), Diploma Engineering.
