Job Role & Responsibilities

Assistant Manager – Logistics/Dispatch

  • Manage exports, imports, and customs clearance documentation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc
Experience: 8–10 years in logistics/dispatch with exports and imports handling.

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Regulatory Affairs

  • Prepare and review regulatory documents including CTDs and dossiers.
  • Handle product registrations with DCGI, FSSAI, USFDA, EU, and other global regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure labeling, packaging, and artwork compliance for multiple markets.
  • Manage renewals, post-approval variations, and regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with consultants, agents, and authorities for product approvals.

Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 8–10 years in Regulatory Affairs for national & international markets.

Operator (OSD)

  • Operate and maintain sachet filling (multi-track) and capsule filling machines.
  • Perform in-process checks for quality, weight, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate batch and machine records as per cGMP and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major breakdowns.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 3–5 years in sachet filling or capsule filling operations.

Executive – Purchase (Male Candidates Preferred)

  • Handle vendor management and inventory coordination.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance in procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for purchase and supply chain support.
  • Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and quality.

Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / MBA
Experience: 3–5 years in purchase/vendor management.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBA, ITI, Diploma (Chemistry, Regulatory, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Life Sciences).
  • Experience: 3–10 years depending on role.
  • Special Note: Candidates with USFDA regulatory exposure will be given preference.
