Job Role & Responsibilities

Innoxel is hiring for the following departments:

Quality Control (QC)

• Role: Analysts (AMV, Report Preparation)
• Experience: 1–10 years
• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry (Sterile USFDA experience preferred)
• Responsibilities: Analytical method validation, report preparation, compliance with sterile product testing protocols.

Sterile Manufacturing

• Role: Machine Operators & Production Officers
• Experience: 1–8 years
• Education: ITI/Diploma (Operators), B.Pharm/M.Pharm (Officers)
• Responsibilities: Operate and manage sterile manufacturing equipment, ensure compliance with GMP standards, manage injectable production processes.

Quality Control Microbiology (QC Micro)

• Role: Microbiologists & EM (Environmental Monitoring)
• Experience: 1–8 years
• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology
• Responsibilities: Conduct microbiological testing, sterility assurance, and environmental monitoring in sterile facilities.

Warehouse

• Role: Officers – Dispensing & Warehousing Management
• Experience: 3–7 years
• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Com with injectable USFDA experience
• Responsibilities: Manage raw material dispensing, inventory, warehousing, and compliance for sterile operations.

Project Management

• Role: Project Management Executives
• Experience: 0–8 years
• Education: M.Pharm (Freshers eligible)
• Responsibilities: Support project planning, execution, and coordination with multiple pharma functions.

Engineering

• Role: Process Maintenance (Autoclave Troubleshooting)
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Education: B.E./M.E. – Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance (Sterile USFDA experience required)
• Responsibilities: Troubleshoot autoclave operations, maintain sterile engineering systems.

Packaging

• Role: Packaging Executives (Visual Inspection, Track & Trace)
• Experience: 1–5 years
