Job Role & Responsibilities
Designation: Trainee (Production & Packing)
Department: Production & Packing
Key responsibilities for freshers include:
- Supporting production and packaging processes for tablets, capsules, and other formulations.
- Learning and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assisting in line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation.
- Gaining hands-on training in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy).
- Eligible Batches: 2024 & 2025 pass-outs.
- Skills Required:
- Strong academic knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences.
- Eagerness to learn manufacturing operations.
- Good communication and adaptability to a regulated work environment.
Relevant courses: B.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics.
