Job Role & Responsibilities
As part of the API R&D Department, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research in synthetic organic chemistry for API development.
- Designing and executing experiments for process optimization.
- Documenting laboratory work as per regulatory guidelines.
- Supporting scale-up and technology transfer to production.
- Ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for dossier preparation and regulatory filings.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc – Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–8 years (Freshers and experienced candidates eligible).
- Departments: API R&D (Trainee, RA, SRA, Junior Manager).
Relevant Courses Include: B.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Sc Medicinal Chemistry, M.Sc Industrial Chemistry.
