Job Role & Responsibilities

R&D – Solid Orals

• Conduct formulation development, optimization, and scale-up of solid oral dosage forms.
• Perform stability studies, analytical testing, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth product development.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, results, and process improvements.
• Support technology transfer activities for commercial production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust formulations for tablets and capsules.
• Conduct pre-formulation and formulation research studies.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and propose enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and ICH guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in R&D processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Experience: 3–8 years in R&D, preferably in solid oral dosage forms.
• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent degrees in pharmaceutical sciences.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Formulation Development, Drug Delivery Systems.
