Job Role & Responsibilities

Ciron Drugs is looking for candidates for various roles in Production, QC, Stability, and Batch Manufacturing. Responsibilities vary based on department and designation:

Production Department

• Assist in batch manufacturing processes for injectable, tablet, and capsule products.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support production officers and senior officers in daily operations.

QC Department

• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with senior QC officers and reviewers for quality assurance.

Batch Manufacturing

• Trainee/Operator: Learn production processes, maintain equipment, and assist in manufacturing tasks.
• Production Helper: Support production teams, manage materials, and maintain cleanliness.

Stability Department

• Monitor stability studies for products, record and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and timelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• BSc / MSc: For QC Officer/Sr. Officer roles (1-3 years experience required)
• D-Pharmacy / B.Pharm: For Operator roles (Freshers welcome)
• ITI / Diploma / HSC / SSC: For Trainee and Helper positions (Fresher / 1 year experience)

Relevant Courses: BSc Chemistry, BSc Biochemistry, MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences, D-Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, ITI (Pharma/Production), Diploma in Pharmacy, HSC Science Stream

Experience

• Officer/Sr. Officer QC: 1–3 years
• Executive / Sr. Executive Reviewer QC: 7–9 years
