Job Role & Responsibilities

As a QC/QA Trainee, you will receive structured training and exposure to multiple pharma quality functions, including:

• Performing routine analytical tests for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Supporting quality assurance teams in documentation, compliance, and audits.
• Assisting in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Participating in internal audits, deviation management, and CAPA processes.
• Handling laboratory instruments, sample analysis, and report preparation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and lean management initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences)
• Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025 pass outs
• Experience: Freshers (NAPS/FTE category)
• Skills Required:
  • Strong basics in Chemistry & Lab Practices
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory norms (preferred)
