Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Senior Executive (6–8 years)
- Perform HPLC analysis for raw materials, packing materials, stability chambers, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and data integrity requirements.
- Executive (2–4 years)
- Conduct routine analysis of raw and packing materials.
- Support finished product quality checks and stability testing.
Microbiology
- Senior Executive (6–8 years)
- Handle Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), environmental monitoring, and culture management.
- Ensure sterility and compliance with cGMP standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Associate Manager (8–10 years)
- Oversee vendor qualification and development quality assurance (DQA).
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with global regulatory norms.
- Executive (2–4 years)
- Manage in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities for OSD.
- Ensure QMS documentation and deviation management.
Production
- Executive (2–4 years)
- Operate blister and bottle packing lines.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
- Executive (2–4 years)
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and support continuous manufacturing improvements.
Security
- Security Officer (10 years of Pharma Industry experience)
- Manage security operations at the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Quality Control: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry).
- Microbiology: M.Sc (Microbiology).
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc.
- Production: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, Diploma (Pharmacy, Chemical, Mechanical).
- Security: Any graduate with 10 years of Pharma Security experience.
