Job Role & Responsibilities

Freshers will be trained and inducted into SMS Pharma’s Research & Development (R&D) division. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior scientists in research projects and formulation development.
• Supporting analytical studies and laboratory testing.
• Learning documentation, data integrity, and compliance protocols.
• Contributing to process development and scale-up projects.
• Developing strong subject knowledge through practical exposure.
