Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Bioanalytical Scientist at Sun Pharma, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality bioanalysis of samples through advanced analytical techniques. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing bioanalysis of preclinical and clinical samples using LC-MS/MS techniques.
- Executing method development, validation, and troubleshooting for various analytical methods.
- Supporting pharmacokinetic and bioequivalence studies with accurate analytical data.
- Handling sample extraction using solid phase, liquid-liquid, or protein precipitation methods.
- Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation and SOP compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in R&D, QA, and regulatory affairs.
- Ensuring adherence to GLP/GCP and regulatory standards in all analytical procedures.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical laboratories.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of LC-MS/MS operations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in sample extraction techniques (solid phase, liquid-liquid, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in method validation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates with experience in peptide analysis or biosimilar studies will have an added advantage.
