Job Role & Responsibilities

Positions Available:

• Medical Coders / Senior Medical Coders / Quality Analysts

Experience Requirements:

• E&M Coding: 1–3 years
• IPDRG Coding: 1–4 years
• Denials: 1–2 years
• Surgery Coding: 1–5 years
• Radiology Coding: 1–3 years
• HEDIS: 1–3 years
• Ancillary Coding: 1–4 years
• HCC Coding: 2.5–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code medical records including E&M, Surgery, Radiology, Ancillary, and HCC based on certified guidelines.
• Perform quality analysis of coding data and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in audits and ensure timely corrections of errors.
• Support process improvement initiatives in the coding workflow.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Certified Medical Coders (preferably CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification).
• Life Science Graduates with prior coding experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Familiarity with medical coding software and healthcare databases is preferred.
