Job Role & Responsibilities
Departments Hiring:
1. Production:
- Operate manufacturing equipment for API production
- Execute batch processing as per SOPs
- Ensure adherence to cGMP compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with QA & QC teams to meet quality and production targets
2. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Monitor adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct audits, review batch records, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support process improvements and training for production teams
- Approve deviations, CAPAs, and ensure proper batch release procedures
3. Quality Control (QC):
- Perform analytical testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with ALCOA principles
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and validation records
- Support QA in investigations and stability studies
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E. (Chemical), Diploma (Chemical)
- Experience: 2–8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in API production
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
