Clinical Monitoring Leadership

Team Management

The Clinical Line Manager – CRA will be responsible for:

• Leading and line-managing a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Recruiting, training and developing CRAs.
• Providing initial and ongoing training.
• Overseeing and guiding CRAs to ensure they meet expectations for core monitoring responsibilities.
• Conducting regular one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Providing constructive feedback to team members.

CRA Resource Management

• Track and manage CRA resourcing.
• Manage allocation of assignments.
• Support CRA retention and engagement.
• Work toward meeting company objectives related to the Clinical Monitoring team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with other functions.
• Work with regional and local operations.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Monitoring.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related discipline

Experience

Candidates should meet one of the experience profiles described by Medpace:

• 1–2 years of line-management experience

OR

• An experienced CRA with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring experience who is looking to progress into line management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a global CRO is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
