Job Responsibilities: Trainee – Quality Assurance
The selected candidate will be involved in the day to day Quality Assurance activities and will assist in the maintenance of the documentation, equipment qualification records and quality management processes.
Main responsibilities include:
1. QA Documentation and SOP Management
- Issuing, archiving and retrieval of Quality Assurance documentation.
- Issuing controlled copies of the documents to the relevant departments.
- Tracking the QA documents and keeping the records of them.
- Maintain backup copies of the QA soft documents.
- Maintaining the SOPs with correct indexing.
- Preparing and reviewing of SOPs.
2. Equipment Qualification and Area Validation
- Supporting qualification activities for both new and existing equipment.
- Coordinating area validation activities.
- Reviewing the equipment calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Preparing the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and other validation related documentation.
3. Vendor and External Service Provider Management
- Handling vendor qualification activities.
- Working with contract testing laboratories.
- Supporting activities pertaining to external service providers.
- Maintain appropriate qualification and compliance documentation.
4. Quality Management System Activities
The role also includes supporting quality management system (QMS) processes, including:
- Deviations.
- Change Controls.
- Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations.
- Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Complaints.
- Returned goods.
- Risk assessments.
- Product recalls.
