Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Drug Safety Associate / Pharmacovigilance (PV) professional, you will be responsible for:

• Handling post-marketing surveillance (PMS) cases, including spontaneous, literature, and health authority reports.
• Managing case intake from book-in through accurate data entry in ARGUS Safety Database.
• Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines, SOPs, and timelines.
• Performing case follow-ups and coordinating with cross-functional teams for complete case lifecycle management.
• Maintaining data integrity and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting PV audits and inspections as required.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc) or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience with ARGUS Safety Database.
• Knowledge of global PV guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
