Job Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Department

Flamingo Pharmaceuticals is hiring experienced professionals for the QA department to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

1. Executive (APQR/Documentation) – 1 Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and plan Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) activities

• Update Standard Manufacturing Files (SMF) and prepare SOPs

• Archive, retrieve, and monitor documentation section activities

• Conduct training sessions for SOP adherence

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (MHRA, WHO, etc.)

2. Officer (Laboratory QA) – 3 Vacancies

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform line clearance before QC analysis

• Review analytical protocols, raw data, and stability summary reports

• Audit trail verification and QC logbook review

• Conduct GLP rounds in QC laboratory

• Monitor calibration records and maintain laboratory compliance
