Job Role & Responsibilities

Open Positions: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Departments: Production (Bulk Manufacturing / Formulation), Engineering (Biologics), Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.

 Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)

• Hands-on experience in vaccine, biosimilar, or injectable manufacturing preferred.
• Perform upstream and downstream processing for bacterial/viral antigens.
• Execute production batches in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA/QC for accurate documentation and batch review.

Production Formulations (Vaccines)

Blending:

• Manage and execute shift-wise formulation activities.
• Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP/SIP skids, and ensure process sterilization compliance.

Filling:

• Oversee filling operations for sterile vaccine formulations.
• Operate filling, capping, and tunnel sterilizing machines.

Packing & Labelling:

• Handle vial labeling and Visual Inspection Systems.
• Operate Videojet, Control Print, Track & Trace systems for compliant packaging.
• Maintain cold chain and temperature monitoring for vaccine storage.

Engineering (Biologics)

Process Equipment:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for autoclaves, filling lines, capping machines, lyophilizers, labeling units, and jacketed vessels.
• Support continuous operations through quick fault resolution.

Instrumentation:

• Manage BMS operations, calibration, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, and AMC maintenance.
• Ensure minimal downtime during batch processes.

 Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)

Biochemical & Immunochemical Assays:

• Quantify and validate polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acids, and aluminum adjuvant content.
• Ensure data integrity, ALCOA compliance, and support method validation activities.
• Handle OOS and OOT investigations independently.

Virology:

• Conduct in-vitro viral testing for raw materials, in-process, bulk, and final products.
• Oversee stability and release testing for vaccine batches.

Quality Assurance (IPQA – Drug Substance / Drug Product)

• Enforce GMP compliance on the production floor.
• Review and approve BMRs, SOPs, validation, and change control documents.
• Manage QMS, deviation handling, and batch disposition.
• Perform media fill validation and process monitoring for aseptic operations.
• Maintain Master & Working Cell Banks.

• Education: M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry), B.Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc, or ITI.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in vaccine production, biologics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in cGMP-regulated facilities.
