Job Role & Responsibilities

Positions Available:

• Officer / Sr. Officer – Quality Control

• Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Control

• Fresher Trainee – Quality Control

• Assistant Manager – Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, GDP, and SOPs in QC operations.

• Perform testing and release of raw materials, packing materials, in-process & finished products per specifications.

• Manage QC laboratory QMS activities: Change Control, Deviation, OOS, OOT, and incident reporting.

• Conduct Analytical Method Verification (AMV), method transfer, and validation activities.

• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution).

• Oversee timely procurement of chemicals, standards, columns, and consumables.

• Review and execute technology transfer documentation efficiently.

• Develop and implement QC strategies in line with international regulatory standards (EU/USFDA).

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, and other QC instruments.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, GDP, ALCOA++, and laboratory compliance.

• Expertise in accurate documentation, report generation, and regulatory adherence.

• Exposure to EU/USFDA audits is mandatory for experienced positions.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm, M.Sc. in relevant pharmaceutical or life sciences disciplines.

• Experience Required:

  • Officer / Sr. Officer – 3–5 years

  • Executive / Sr. Executive – 4–6 years

  • Fresher Trainee – 0–1 year

  • Assistant Manager – 6–10 years

• Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to regulated environments, especially EU/USFDA audits.

Relevant Courses: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance), M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences).
