Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Roles: Executive / Senior Executive / Junior Manager

• Implement and maintain quality procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Issue, review, and archive SOPs, Batch Production Records (BPRs), Batch Control Records (BCRs), validation documents, and method transfer records.
• Ensure data integrity and manage change controls, audit trails, and instrument calibration.
• Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) / Computer System Audit (CSA) activities, validation protocols, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and review environmental, microbial, water, and pest control records.
• Prepare Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and traceability reports.
• Train teams on quality, validation, and compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GxP guidelines.

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 2–8 years

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field. Experience in IT QA or regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GxP is highly desirable.
