Job Role & Responsibilities
The Regulatory Affairs team plays a critical role in ensuring all BVG Life Sciences products meet regulatory requirements across markets. As part of this department, you will:
- Prepare and review dossiers for product registration and renewal (pharma and herbal sectors).
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and QC teams for data collection and submission documentation.
- Manage regulatory submissions to domestic and international authorities.
- Maintain regulatory databases, track status updates, and ensure timely approvals.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines from CDSCO, WHO, and other global health authorities.
- Handle labeling, artwork reviews, and change control documentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Chemistry, Life Sciences)
- Experience:
- Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Executive: Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs (Herbal or Pharma industry) preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of regulatory submission formats.
Relevant Courses: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), MSc Chemistry, MSc Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs.
