Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Sr. Officer – Formulation & Development (F&D)
Experience: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct development trials as per project requirements.
- Compile and evaluate development and stability data.
- Prepare technical documents including MFR, PDR, Protocols, and Reports.
- Support technology transfer of drug products to manufacturing plants.
- Conduct and monitor stability batches, collect and analyze data.
- Prepare reports for regulatory submissions and respond to queries.
- Stay updated on ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for semi-regulated and regulated markets.
- Maintain proper documentation in Lab Notebooks and Logbooks.
- Request new equipment/instruments to support continuous improvement in development labs.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Experience: 2–4 years in F&D.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of formulation development and stability studies.
- Strong regulatory understanding and familiarity with ICH guidelines.
- Proficiency in documentation and regulatory submission preparation.
