Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Executive – QA (IPQA), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-process checks during Granulation, Compression, and Packing operations
- Executing line clearance activities in manufacturing and packaging areas
- Reviewing BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record) to ensure compliance
- Conducting IPQA activities during batch manufacturing and packaging
- Supporting process validation and compliance monitoring
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP, regulatory, and internal quality standards
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related life sciences fields)
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in QA (IPQA) within OSD manufacturing units
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines including USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO compliance
- Hands-on experience in process validation, in-process checks, and documentation review
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Relevant Courses: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), M.Sc in Chemistry, M.Sc in Biotechnology, M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
